Larry Regan
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Regan has over 25 years experience in finance and accounting and
as Key ManagementGroup’s Chief Financial Officer, oversees all financial
operations for Key and its’ hotel resort properties.
He started his career as Chief Accountant and Assistant Controller for
the Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles, California where he implemented
the first computerized hotel information system for back and front office
operations in the Westin Hotel chain.
From there he took a position as Controller for Scanlon Enterprises, a
company of independent hotels owned by the former President and General
Manager of the Waldorf Astoria, where he managed accounts payable, accounts
receivable and general ledger. He then became the Corporate Controller
for Emerald Hotels where he was in charge of the centralized accounting,
cash management and internal controls for 17 hotels throughout the Northeastern
United States.
Mr. Regan continued his career advancement assuming the position of Vice President Finance/CFO for K. Hovnanian/JPB Hospitality, Inc. As a member of the executive team, Larry was responsible for finance, sales, human resources, purchasing and business development for two hotels, four restaurants, two marinas and a catering business employing over 200 staff members. He also held positions of Vice President for Allen Associates and Division President for Home Décor Products, Inc. before accepting the position of CFO with Key Management Group.
Mr. Regan attended the Rochester Institute of Technology where he majored in Hotel and Restaurant Management. He graduated from the University of Denver, Denver, Colorado where he received a B.S.Degree in Business Management.
