James K. Hulsizer

James Hulsizer … over 20 years experience in labor relations and human resources with expertise in contract negotiations, collective bargaining agreements, grievance and arbitration administration and employee dispute resolution.

Mr. Hulsizer served as Vice President of Human Resources for Haddon House Food Services Products, Inc., responsible for all human resources, employee relations and risk control for a workforce of over 2,000. He was Corporate Manager of Employee and Labor Relations for Trump Casino Services, LLC, responsible for employee and labor relations for the 15,000-plus workforce of the three Trump Casino properties in Atlantic City.

Also served in human resources positions at Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort and Claridge Casino Hotel, Atlantic City. He started his career in labor relations with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters in Washington, organizing and representing the interests its members in the grievance and arbitration, collective bargaining, financial administration and training.

He holds a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Northeastern University, Boston. He is an Adjunct Instructor in Labor Studies at Atlantic Cape Community College and Co-chairman of the Atlantic City Casino/Hotel Labor Relations Group.
